COVID-19 Updates: 
We recognize the uncertainty that COVID-19 may be causing and would like to reassure you that the health and well-being of our florists, you our customers, and your loved ones are always our priority.
Given the unprecedented circumstances that we all find ourselves in at the moment and the fact that florists, like many other businesses, have been impacted by staff and supply shortages it is necessary for us to make some changes to our protocol at this time – details of which you will find below.
We will continue to monitor the situation very closely and will make changes to our policies if guidance changes.
Delivery Times
Due to both supply shortages and local restrictions in various countries throughout the world, we are doing all we can to ensure you delivery is made as soon as possible, however, delivery dates will need to be altered as needed. We will be reaching out to your recipient to let them know their gift will be delivered to them as soon as it is both possible and legally permissible. 
Flower Substitutions
We want to assure you that we are working hard to deliver your heartfelt wishes. To that end, we’re giving our florists greater freedom to ensure they can deliver as many messages of love as possible.
Where our florists have been unable to source certain and specific stems due to supplier shortages, we’re asking our florists to create something seriously special on your behalf using a mix of their very best in-store stems. We’re sure your loved one will be thrilled to receive whatever our florist creates.
Our Policy
The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure that it is as similar as possible to the requested item. However, please note that substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner on the date requested. In addition, due to the nature of flowers, to ensure freshness, flowers such as lilies may arrive in bud stage to ensure the life of your arrangement.
For orders that are placed more than 72 hours in advance, you will be notified of the changes and the options available. However, due to the global time differences as well as variation in international processing times, orders placed within 72 hours of delivery may be substituted without notice to ensure on-time delivery.
In arrangements of assorted flowers, the colors shown online will be used if at all possible, even if this means substituting other kinds of flowers of equal or greater value.
For one-of-a-kind flower arrangements, such as all roses or all lilies, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color. If the floral container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used. Due to a large variation in availability worldwide, changes are necessary to ensure timely deliveries.
For green and blooming plants, similar plants may be substituted of equal or greater value.
For one-of-a-kind plants, such as orchids, we will make every attempt to match the plant type, but may substitute with another color.
If the plant container shown online is not available, a similar container will be used. Ceramic containers may also be replaced for baskets, or other available options.
Special Occasions:
Please note that on special occasions such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day, cut-off times may vary depending on order location and availability. Orders placed same-day are not guaranteed for delivery on that day, and may be delivered on the next available business day. We will send you updates by e-mail confirming this information. Although we will do everything possible to ensure delivery, local availability by the ProGiftNet Member Florist may be limited. Furthermore, to ensure delivery we may request additional shipping and processing fees for the rush order.
Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the delivery area.
We can deliver flowers, plants, and specialty gifts to almost 100% of the California. 
Orders placed as late as 2p.m. in the recipient’s time zone can be delivered that day (earlier times may apply to some areas and, during holidays or weekends, and during special occasions).
Saturday and Sunday deliveries are available in some areas for orders placed by 1p.m. in the recipient’s time zone. 
Delivery Information
When placing an order, you must provide complete address and contact details for the recipient.  Orders without this information may be delayed, and we will not be able to guarantee on-time delivery. The local Florist may contact the recipient to coordinate the delivery, especially if the recipient is not available on the first delivery attempt. Furthermore, if a mistake is made in the delivery information, an additional delivery charge may be requested.
Funeral arrangements 
Funeral arrangements require additional lead-time. If your sympathy or funeral order requires delivery at a specific time of day see below:
  • Monday Morning Delivery – Order by Saturday at 12 noon in the recipient’s time zone.
  • Morning Delivery Tuesday through Saturday – Order by 3p.m. in the recipient’s time zone on the day before.
  • Afternoon Delivery Monday through Saturday – Orders must be placed with a 4 hour lead-time.
  • Sunday Delivery is available in some areas – In those areas, orders placed before 1p.m. in the recipient’s time zone can be delivered on that same day. The availability of Sunday delivery will be determined during order checkout.
Exotic Flowers and Plants
Due to the limited availability of exotic flowers and plants, next day delivery is required. Delivery is available Monday through Saturday. 
Add-on items are non-brand specific and images are not meant to serve as an exact representation of the item to be delivered.  All items may vary depending on delivery location. If you would like to request a particular brand or a custom order, please contact customer service directly.
  • Vase: size, color and style may vary.
  • To provide you with the best possible service, you may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping. However, if your gift is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order.  Furthermore, if you have placed an order for a custom arrangement or specialty gift,  these cannot be cancelled.
  • Orders that have been processed through to the local Member Florist for same day delivery cannot be cancelled.
  • If you selected a future date for delivery and would like to cancel your order, please contact us for a cancellation request.
