Q. Can you explain the order process?
A. オーダーフォームのご送信後、当店よりご注文確認のメールをお送りいたします。続いて花札のドラフトをご確認いただき、その後インボイスを発行、お支払いの流れとなります。
A. After you submit the order form, we will send you a confirmation email. Next, you will review the draft of the flower card, after which we will issue an invoice. Payment will follow once the invoice is sent.
Q. 200ドル以下のご注文内容について教えてください。
Q. What happens if my order total is under $200?
A. 200ドル以下のご注文の場合は、バスケットタイプのアレンジメントでのご用意となります。スタンドタイプのお花をご希望の場合は、250ドル以上から承っております。
A. For orders under $200, we can only provide a basket-style arrangement. If you would like a stand-style arrangement, the minimum order amount is $250.
Q. 掲載されていない商品を希望する場合はどうすれば良いですか？
Q. What if I would like a product that is not listed?
A. 掲載のないご希望商品がございましたら、お気軽に info@hanadaiflorist.com までご相談ください。可能な限り対応させていただきます。

Q. 花札に日本語を記載することはできますか？
Q. Can the flower card be written in Japanese?
A. はい、日本語でのご記載も承っております。オーダーフォーム内の設問7に、ご希望のお名前をご入力ください。
A. Yes, we can prepare the card in Japanese. Please enter the desired name in Question 7 of the order form.
Q. 完成したお花の写真を送ってもらうことは可能ですか？
Q. Can I receive a photo of the completed arrangement?
A. 恐れ入りますが、写真の送付サービスは行っておりません。何卒ご理解賜りますようお願いいたします。
A. Unfortunately, we do not provide photo services. Thank you for your kind understanding.
Q. 配達料金はかかりますか？
Q. Is there a delivery fee?
A. はい、当店からの距離に応じて配達料を頂戴しております。1マイルあたり1.50ドルとなっており、今回のご葬儀の配達につきましては、30ドルとなります。
A. Yes, delivery fees are based on distance from our shop. The fee is $1.50 per mile. For this funeral delivery, the cost will be $30.
Q. メッセージカードをつけることはできますか？

A. 大変恐縮ではございますが、今回に限り、メッセージカードの添付は承っておりません。
