Sodateru Towels are machine washable and dryer safe. Wash separately before first use for best results.
Here are a few easy tips to help your towel stay soft and fluffy for a long time.
Use plenty of water when washing.
When washing your towels use plenty of water and allow enough space for towels to freely move inside the washing machine.
Place towels in a laundry net.
Be careful what you wash with your towels. Rough contact with other laundry items, such as zippers, hooks, Velcro, etc., could potentially cause cobwebbing or broken threads. It’s best to wash your towels separately. Use a laundry net to protect your towels, especially when using a front-load washing machine.
Use a dryer or place towels in a well ventilated space.
Using a dryer on the low tumble setting is the best choice. If you are not using a drier and prefer to hang dry your towels, shake them out well before drying. This will help create more air pockets within the threads and make the towels fluffier when dried. Place towels in a well ventilated and shaded space for best results.
Do not use bleach.
Bleach may damage or discolor the towels.
No fabric softener needed.
You don’t need to use softener. Softener may coat the threads and decrease water absorbency. Our towels will remain fluffy without softener.
Use scissors to remove any broken threads.
If you notice cobwebbing or a broken thread, just gently cut it away with scissors. The remaining threads will not be affected.
